Shiloah Nicolay

Shiloah is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was previously stationed at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms. Whilst stationed in Southern California, Shiloah served with Combat Logistics Battalion Seven in an operational capacity. After meritoriously being promoted to Corporal Shiloah transitioned to the S-1 administrative office where she took a crucial role within the battalion. In her new position Shiloah led all efforts pertaining to the battalion’s DefenseTravel System. There she administered, approved, and executed all travel orders for all logistics personnel stationed at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms. Shiloah received numerous commendations and awards for her execution of her duties and quickly became the designated Subject Matter Expert for all matters pertaining to battalion-wide travel operations. Upon the completion of Shiloah’s active service, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry at California State University Northridge where she recently graduated. Shiloah maintained a 3.25 GPA while simultaneously volunteering her time and administrative expertise to two separate small businesses aimed at promoting the use of Small Unmanned Aerial Systems within the first responder community. Shiloah’s efforts were pivotal to the successful training operations completed with the Paso Robles Police Department and consultation with numerous government and private entities interested in utilizing this new technology. Shiloah is now pursuing a master’s degree in Environment and Sustainability Management at Georgetown University and is looking to apply her past experiences to serve her community in a new capacity.
