Hannah is originally from Sea Cliff, New York. She graduated from Reichman University in Herzliya, Israel with a B.A. in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. After completing her degree, she attended culinary school in New York City. Over the next number of years she worked in the restaurant industry, starting as a prep chef intern at a vegan restaurant in Brooklyn, ultimately rising to head chef for a garden themed bar and restaurant in Troy, NY. Hannah has always been interested in reducing her environmental impact through consumer and lifestyle choices. She decided to switch gears and begin her journey toward a career in sustainability. Hannah spent some time in the accounting department for an environmentally conscious company before deciding to pursue a graduate degree. Hannah feels that the MS-ESM program at Georgetown University is the perfect program to combine her past experience and interests with further education.
