Holley is a Southern California native from Manhattan Beach. In 2021, she graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a bachelor’s in Business Administration, a minor in Sustainable Environments, and a concentration in Marketing Management. Before joining the 2023 cohort, she served as a Sr. Vendor Compliance and Sustainability Specialist for the fashion company TechStyle Fashion Group. Supporting brands like Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, and Yitty, Holley oversaw the publication of the company’s vendor compliance manual and managed the implementation of the Higg Index Facility tools across our finished garment and material production factories.
After completing her senior project on circular economies and the impacts of the fashion industry on the environment, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in sustainable fashion. In the MS-ESM program, she hopes to acquire the tools necessary to dismantle destructive production cycles and gain a unique, interdisciplinary perspective to better comprehend and manage the complex socioeconomic and fiscal implications of environmental problems.
