Marques has worked as a communications professional in New York City for the past four years serving clients in the healthcare, finance and enterprise tech sectors. Throughout his career he’s supported corporate impact and purpose-driven projects from financial inclusion for Black and Brown communities to clean energy development. Marques holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University where he gained skills in identifying and developing company initiatives to improve culture and drive organizational success. He grew up in the Raleigh-Durham area and earned his B.A. in Media & Journalism with a minor in Sustainability Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
